Proposed New Communities, 2005 – 2007

CRT is planning the following new housing developments:

  • Antioch Villas – 46 one and two bedroom villas adjoining Antioch Manor Phase 1 in Stone Mountain , Georgia . CRT is developing this in partnership with Antioch Community Development Corporation [a 501(c)(3) affiliate of Antioch A.M.E. Church].

 

  • Antioch Summit – Phase 2 is a continuation of the Antioch Manor Estates master plan and consists of 127 units for Antioch Summit East and Antioch Summit West. Antioch Summit will feature it own indoor and outdoor amenity areas which will be sized appropriately for the number of units for the two buildings. The Summit buildings will include a large BBQ Grill with pavilion area overlooking the community central park and gazebo.

 

  • Oconee Overlook – This multi-family community has beautiful water elements that will feature walking trails and picnic areas to take advantage of the views this property offers. Oconee Overlook is currently under consideration by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for it’s 2009 funding round. Upon award of tax credits, groundbreaking will commence in the winter of 2009-2010

 

  • Norwich Village – Located in Brunswick, Georgia, this master planned community will consist of 92 homes for rent and sale surrounding a refurbished school gymnasium which will serve as a community activity center. This project will be developed by CRT Realty & Development, Inc. along with Brunswick area agencies, builders and professionals.

 

  • Rockmart Village – Consisting of 64 cluster homes/townhomes to be located in exurban Polk County, Georgia. Application will be made to DCA for State Tax Credits with an award expected in 2009.  Construction will begin in late winter of 2010.
